Today, our machines still produce die details, but our focus is milling, drilling, boring and turning custom production parts. Custom Metal Machining

Miro Manufacturing works closely with our customers from product inception through the final approved version. By doing this, we eliminate any issues moving from prototype status to production manufacturing. An example of a prototype development project Miro engaged in was  machining of an additive manufactured engine block. The critical phase of the project involved boring the cylinder. Miro used its high precision deep hole boring system to machine the cylinder 16” deep and 3” in diameter holding a .0002” tolerance. When the engine goes into production, Miro will supply the machined block as well as a number of other component parts. This is a typical example of Miro working with customers to develop their products – from Start to Part. Miro will do the same for you.
