Miro Manufacturing is your full-service partner for custom metal fabrication, including laser cutting, waterjet cutting, forming, welding, and assembly. Laser Cutting
We use the latest laser technology, supported by advanced nesting software, to optimize material use, minimize waste and reduce costs for projects of all sizes.
Our 8,000-watt fiber lasers deliver high-speed cutting with edge conditions near machined finish to eliminate secondary operations and reduce costs. In addition, our 4,500-watt CO2 laser quickly processes carbon steel parts. With these machines, we can handle aluminum up to ½”, stainless steel up to ¾”, carbon steel up to 1”, and sheet sizes to 60” x 120”.
Forming
Our state-of-the-art CNC press brake systems include electrically powered CNC tables that enhance the handling and forming of large sheet metal parts. Our capabilities include:
- Multiple work centers
- Capacities up to 360 tons
- Bed lengths reaching 14 feet
- Bending for up to ½” thick steel
Welding
Our highly skilled welding team brings craftsmanship and precision to every project. We specialize in MIG, TIG, spot, stud, and rotary welding, and work with a variety of materials, including carbon and stainless steels, aluminum, and more.
Our team combines years of hands-on experience with an innovative approach that includes cobot automation to deliver consistent, high-quality welds. These collaborative robots work in tandem with our welders, automating tasks and driving efficiency to improve productivity, safety, and weld quality across every project. This innovative combination allows us to meet the most demanding production schedules while improving quality and craftsmanship.
Waterjet Cutting
As a cold-cutting process, waterjet cutting eliminates heat distortion and reduces finishing needs to optimize quality and minimize costs. Our machines can cut almost any material, including ferrous and nonferrous metals, composites, foam, glass, plastic, rubber, stone, up to 7” thick and 72” x 144” in size.
Turret Press
An efficient and flexible option for parts requiring what would normally be considered as stamped features, our turret punch press can achieve tight tolerances and repeatable results. This allows us to offer our customers an effective, cost-saving option for producing new and evolving parts at low to medium volume production volumes without having to invest in dedicated stamping tooling.
Assembly & Packaging
From assembling subcomponents or producing complete products, we provide accurate and efficient assembly backed by quality checks. We also offer consumer-focused packaging processes to ensure your products are ready for market.
