These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at miromfg.com (the “Site”), operated by Miro Manufacturing, Inc. (“Miro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 201 Sentry Drive, Waukesha, Wisconsin 53186. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About This Site
The Site provides information about Miro Manufacturing’s metal contract manufacturing services, including metal stamping, fabrication, machining, tooling, laser cutting, waterjet cutting, and related capabilities. The Site also allows visitors to submit Requests for Quote (“RFQs”) and contact forms.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other accounts, or computer systems connected to the Site;

3. Requests for Quote and Inquiries
Submission of an RFQ, contact form, or other inquiry through the Site does not create a binding contract between you and Miro. All quotes, pricing, lead times, and order acceptance are subject to separate written agreement, purchase order terms, and/or Miro’s standard terms of sale, which will govern any actual transaction. Miro reserves the right to accept or decline any RFQ or order at its sole discretion.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, equipment lists, photographs, and the overall design and “look and feel” of the Site — is the property of Miro Manufacturing, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may view, download, and print content from the Site for your own personal or internal business reference only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, republish, or create derivative works from any content on the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
The “Miro Manufacturing” name and logo, and any related marks, are trademarks of Miro Manufacturing, Inc. Other trademarks, logos, or service marks appearing on the Site may be the property of their respective owners.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Miro Manufacturing, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11. Changes to These Terms

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Waukesha County, Wisconsin.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
